Shari Hughes, DVM

A CAETA certified Peaceful Euthanasia Veterinarian, Shari Hughes has been providing veterinary services to the Bloomington community for more than 30 years. Shari attended Indiana University and Purdue College of Veterinary Medicine. In 1992 she began working at Bloomington’s College Mall Veterinary Hospital, and stayed there for more than three decades.

In 2024, Shari founded Gentle Passing Home Pet Euthanasia, LLC, to offer compassionate end of life care at home for companion animals in the Bloomington area.
